How do I register or log in as a concierge?
Use the Register button to create a concierge account. Once approved, log in from the Login page.
How can I reset my session if I am logged out?
If your session expires, log in again. The app automatically refreshes tokens when possible.
Where can I view and manage guest requests?
Go to the Requests area to see all open guest requests and their current status.
How do I create or update an offer for a request?
Open a request and add or update offers in the request detail screen.
Where can I update my profile details?
Visit the Profile page to review and update your concierge details.
Why do I see an access error after login?
This usually means your account is not authorized for concierge access or your session expired. Try logging in again or contact support.
